PENANG MALAYSIA - September 2016 - ViTrox Technology has successfully participate in Nepcon South China at booth 1H45 which kicks off at 30 Aug and ends at 1 Sep. On top of demonstrating different systems, namely V510i 3D Advanced Optical Inspection (AOI) and TH1000i Tray Vision Handler during the show, ViTrox has introduced its brand new solution-based product known as V-ONE, V810 Mini Advanced X-ray Inspection and V310 Solder Paste Inspection as well.
ViTrox's V-ONE is the new solution-based product launched by ViTrox that combines all of the previous and future ViTrox software into one suite of solutions to connect the inspection machines in SMT production lines in order to monitor their performance on a real-time basis. V-ONE allows users to manage factories smarter and optimize factory resources across geographical locations.
ViTrox's V310i 3D SPI system inspects PCB boards up to 510mm x 505mm. It can accurately detect solder paste related defects in high-speed mode. Furthermore, it can be connected to ViTrox's V-ONE Solution that allows users to access and control the machine anywhere at anytime!
Additionally, ViTrox’s V810i Mini is the smallest footprint in-line 3D advanced X-ray inspection system (AXI), certified by TUV SUD and TUV CE. V810i Mini is specially designed for the automotive industry, providing the fastest inspection speed and widest test coverage in the world. It supports up to 4.5kg board weight and maximum board size of 287mm x 523mm(11.3" x 20.6").
Furthermore, ViTrox had displayed TH1000i tray-based vision handler (for back-end semiconductor inspection) and the V510i 3D AOI, resulting in a complete one-stop solution for SMT lines.
This time, we had specially custom made some booth activities such as treasure box to entertain and attract visitors and help to boost interactions.
In a nutshell, ViTrox had received a favourable figure of visitors and positive feedbacks during the 3 days show.
