Additionally, our V9i ARV XL system stands out with its Advanced Smart Learning Algorithm, which excels in identifying various conformal coating defects. It also performs comprehensive inspections for screw, cosmetic, connector, and label defects in final assembly, all seamlessly achieved without needing CAD information, optimising user experience and operational efficiency.
Engineered with multi-focal vision capabilities, the V9i ARV Solution enables inspections ranging from 5 mm to 200 mm. This results in high-resolution images with astonishing clarity, down to 14µm/px, ideal for examining small-size defects. The V9i ARV Solution provides automated vision inspection that eliminates human error inherent in manual inspection.
