Since 2016, ViTrox has been actively engaging with customers through an annual customer satisfaction programme designed to gather valuable insights for continuous product and service enhancement.
As a token of appreciation for customer participation, ViTrox contributes back to the community by donating USD5 to selected non-governmental organisations (“NGOs”) for each survey response received. This initiative aims to encourage customers to provide valuable feedback for ongoing improvement and also inspires them to contribute to charitable causes. From 2019 to 2023, ViTrox's steadfast commitment resulted in 2,882 good deeds and a cumulative donation of ~RM 62,028 to NGOs.
