Since 2021, ViTrox embarked on an initiative to share our I.A.C.T.G. core values and ESG efforts with our worldwide Sales Channel Partners (SCPs) and overseas employees. The sharing aims to provide them with valuable insights into the core values and showcase the positive impacts of practising them. Meanwhile, we seize the opportunity to demonstrate our relentless commitment to ESG aspects.
We believe that by sharing the real-life stories of I.A.C.T.G. values in action, SCPs would internalise these principles and be inspired to integrate them into their own business practices. Besides that, we hope to establish a network of partners who collectively embrace a shared vision and commitment to fostering an ethical and sustainable future.
Throughout the years, we have gathered worldwide SCPs from the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Europe, China, India, Malaysia and many more to participate in the sharing sessions. The success of the programme became evident as the majority of SCPs expressed satisfaction with the shared insights and stories. In 2022 and 2023, ViTrox successfully invited SCPs and System Integrators (SIs) to join as guest speakers to share their inspiring stories.
The shared experiences and stories fostered collaboration, strengthening a network of partners committed to I.A.C.T.G. principles and sustainable development. ViTrox remains dedicated to fostering a harmonious, ethical, and sustainable future, and we are confident that these principles will drive success in business and beyond.
