Launched in August 2021, the 360-degree Virtual Campus Tour transcends geographical barriers. This immersive platform welcomes anyone interested in ViTrox to virtually explore our Campus 2.0 located at Batu Kawan Industrial Park without physical travelling. Virtual visitors are able to walk through the beautiful campus environment and various theme-based showcases, including the background of the Company, our 20 years of journey, Body Mind Soul (“BMS”) facilities and our resources centre. This borderless platform extends a warm virtual invitation to customers, potential leads, partners, collaborators and anyone curious about ViTrox.
Expanding our digital reach further, ViTrox introduced the 360-degree Virtual Solution Experience since December 2021. This platform replaces traditional slide decks, immersing customers in interactive demonstrations of our latest innovations. The Virtual Solution Experience enhances the customer experience as they can explore product demonstrations virtually and gain a deeper understanding of product features. Products that we have successfully showcased through this platform include TR3000i Tray-based Vision Handler, PX730i Die Sorting and Vision Handler, VR20i G2 Post Seal Vision Handler and Wi8i G2 + G2 Pro Wafer Vision Handler.
