On August 11, 2016, ViTrox took a step towards a more sustainable and dynamic future by launching our paperless product brochure strategy. This initiative reduces costs, protects the environment and also provides a superior customer experience through accessible, interactive e-brochures.
This shift was driven by two fundamental principles. Firstly, we recognised the need to engage customers in a contemporary and dynamic manner. Traditional printed brochures often suffer from outdated information and limited accessibility, falling short of today's customer expectations. We envisioned a platform that was readily available, interactive and constantly updated.
Secondly, our commitment to a sustainable future played a major role in our decision. We knew that relying solely on printed materials was ecologically unsustainable and incompatible with our ESG principles. Replacing them with digital e-brochures presented a clear path toward reduced paper consumption and a smaller environmental footprint.
Thus, we transitioned paper brochures to an innovative QR code e-brochure platform. These QR codes, found everywhere from our posters to trade shows, act as gateways to a wealth of product information directly accessible on smartphones and tablets. This approach eliminates the limitations of physical brochures and also opens doors to wider reach and deeper customer engagement.
E-brochures ensure customers always have access to the latest information through easy updates, and their interactive nature allows for the integration of videos, animations, and other enriching features. Above all, e-brochures align perfectly with ViTrox's commitment to environmental stewardship.
