After a prolonged wait of three (3) years due to the pandemic, we were excited to finally be able to gather in person for our 19th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on 21 June 2023. This event brought together shareholders and the Board of Directors (“Board”) to engage in a productive and insightful session. ViTrox recognises the significance of the AGM as a vital platform for transparent communication with our valued shareholders.
The event commenced with the arrival of distinguished guests, shareholders and the Board of Directors including Dato’ Seri Dr. Kiew Kwong Sen, Chu Jenn Weng, Siaw Kok Tong, Yeoh Shih Hoong, Chuah Poay Ngee, Datuk Ir. Dr. Ahmad Fadzil Bin Mohamad Hani, Mary Yeo Chew Yen and Dato’ Prof. Dr. See Ching Mey. One of our Board members, Puan Emelia Binti Matrahah, joined us remotely. A total of 63 shareholders actively participated.
The AGM had a well-structured agenda, including a warm reception and a well-managed registration process. The Chairman presided over the meeting, fostering an orderly environment for shareholder input. To ensure fair decision-making, the electronic poll voting was overseen by Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn. Bhd. and independent scrutineers Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd.

During the Q&A session, the Chairman, CEO and CFO provided transparent responses to address queries.
