V910i Advanced Robotic Vision will be the highlight for the show. It is a brand new Robotic Vision product from ViTrox which is going to be showcased for the first time in a trade show. The key features of V910i are it is able to inspect SSD and M.2 which include inspection on barcode reading and label printing legibility and quality to match the system, 6 sided surface cosmetic defects, housing assembly quality inspection and SMT components. Furthermore, it has 4 independent vision systems, fast inspection cycle time, provides traceable inspection results based on serial number of each drive and it covers footprint as big as 2.1m x 1.7m x 2m (L x W x H).
Technology trends are moving toward smart manufacturing and V-ONE is the result of this new era. V-ONE is the newly launched software-based product by ViTrox that combines all of the previous and future ViTrox software into one suite of solutions. It connects the inspection machines in SMT production lines in order to monitor their performance on a real-time basis. Users are able to manage factories smarter and optimize factory resources across geographical locations by utilizing the features of V-ONE.
Another hot-selling product which is going to be showcased is V810i S2EX, Advanced 3D X-ray inspection system. Compared to S2 model, V810i S2EX inspects boards up to 482 x 609mm which is 10 percent larger! It provides the best support on the market for boards up to 7mm thick and 4.5kg. The inspection area of the system is improved up to 18.7’’ x 24’’. V810i S2EX’s highlighted key features are Scan Path Merging (SPAM) which can reduce the inspection time and hardware scanning path, Single Unified Management Office (SUMO) which uses 8-core processor with 128GB of RAM that accelerates the system to its optimum level of performance, Simultaneous Efficient Reconstruction Technique (SERT) and a new 64bit imaging processor architecture combine Predictive Slice Height (PSH) into a single scanning path, Phase Shift Profilometry 2 (PSP 2) which boosts the projection and image acquisition speed up to 10 times faster using an in-house proprietary projector. PSP 2 improves accuracy and test coverage on 100 percent pressfit and PTH boards.
At the same time, ViTrox is also going to showcase its award-winning 3D product- V510i Optimus 3D AOI. It is one of the best-selling products and also known as one of the market leaders in 3D AOI Inspection. This time, the V510i 3D AOI is enhanced with 12 Megapixels camera which guarantees high inspection quality and resolution. V510i Optimus 3D AOI's system uses 2D + 3D Inspection concurrently to achieve high productivity and high detectability. Challenging defects such as Lifted Lead, Coplanarity, Black color PCB / Multicolor PCB, Presence / Absence and small components like 01005/ 0201 and many others can be detected. It is also coupled with structured lighting for 2D illumination with multiple color LEDs. The revolutionary multi-angle multi-color illumination capability allows multiple images to be acquired for each view.
