PENANG MALAYSIA - August 2020 - ViTrox recently collaborated with Ministry of Finance (MOF), Malaysia and Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER) to host the Budget 2021 Dialogue-Focus Group with E&E Industry at ViTrox Campus 2.0 on 8th August 2020. It was our great pleasure to host Minister of Finance, YB Tengku Dato’ Sri Tengku Zafrul, representatives from government agencies, industry players, academia and associations during the event.
The event started with a welcoming speech by the President and CEO of ViTrox - Mr Chu Jenn Weng. Followed by E&E Industry perspective by the Chief Executive of Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) - YBHG. Datuk Seri Jebasingam Issace John and an Opening Remark by the Minister of Finance - YB Tengku Dato’ Sri Tengku Zafrul.
After the Dialogue session, ViTrox hosted the Minister of Finance and all participants for a plant tour covering the V-Agritech lab and the newly built ViTrox Gallery - V-Gallery. V-Gallery is designed to celebrate ViTrox 20 years anniversary and showcase its key milestones and touching stories along the journey. The plant tour also included an introduction of an array of miniature ViTrox Machine Vision systems and the live demonstration of the Industry 4.0 smart solution V-ONE at the Command Cockpit Centre. Following the plant tour, the event was ended by a press conference with Minister of Finance - YB Tengku Dato’ Sri Tengku Zafrul.
As a result of presenting our second home - ViTrox Campus 2.0 during the event, we are beyond thrilled to have received many overwhelming responses from all the participants, including Minister of Finance, YB Tengku Dato’ Sri Tengku Zafrul!
