The iL3K28-U3 (LSC-0007) is a high-performance current-drive controller engineered specifically for precision industrial machine vision applications. This 8-channel analog output controller provides a current-controlled architecture, allowing users to drive LED light source intensities with exceptional accuracy. Supporting a wide output range from 0A to 2A per channel at nominal voltages of 24V to 48V, the iL3K28-U3 is designed to handle demanding lighting requirements with triggering speeds of up to 1.5kHz.

This controller features a robust hardware interface with seamless USB connectivity and a built-in Din-Rail adapter for easy industrial mounting, the iL3K28-U3 serves as a versatile hub for sophisticated, high-speed lighting topologies.

Key Features

Users can group any number of the 8 channels together, allowing a single set of trigger and reset signals to control multiple light sources simultaneously with consistent response times.

Features a programmable Minimum Trigger Pulse Width (adjustable from 1µs to 0.1s) to filter out electrical noise on digital input lines and prevent false hardware triggers.

Includes a configurable Output Pulse Width Limit that automatically switches off the analog output if it remains ON for a prolonged duration due to hardware signal failures, protecting both the controller and the LEDs

Streamlined configuration through the VIPRO-LIGHT software or deep integration into custom applications using the VTLightDLL function library.

Equipped with bidirectional isolated digital inputs featuring 3750 Vrms of isolation voltage to ensure high signal integrity in electrically noisy factory environments.
