ViTrox Tray-based Vision Solution Fulfills the Needs of OSPI
Previously, ON SEMICONDUCTOR PHILIPPINES INC. (OSPI) was using other branded machine vision solutions for their tray to tape and reel inspection process. Compared to the previously owned inspection solution, OSPI discovered that ViTrox’s Vision Handlers are superior in terms of its advanced vision inspection capabilities. OSPI is currently using ViTrox’s TR1000Si Tray-to-Tray/Tape & Reel and TR2000i Tray-to-Tray/Tape & Reel Vision Handlers for their manufacturing process.
ViTrox’s TR1000Si Tray-to-Tray/Tape & Reel Vision Handlers and TR2000i Tray-to-Tray/Tape & Reel Vision Handlers are the products of ViTrox Tray-based Vision Solutions. The Tray-based Vision Handlers are designed to fulfil specific manufacturing needs and cater for customer stringent tray to reel IC packages final inspections. Besides, it is capable of handling a wide range of packages in tray and tape. With TR1000Si and TR2000i, they are capable of utilizing the features of the vision system and additional parameters that previously owned machines do not equip with. OSPI is able to qualify devices of different types and sizes with the flexibility of ViTrox Vision Handlers.
