The Microcrack solution is able to inspect the package sizes from the range of 1 x 1 mm to 7 x 7 mm, and the crack size detection down to 7.5 µm. The Microcrack solution is well-equipped with an Ultra HD 12 megapixel camera which helps in capturing and displaying the crack clearly. A newly developed High-Brightness Multi-layer lighting is capable to make the background surface looks more even than ever, and it also helps in brightening up the microcrack.
ViTrox's Microcrack solution is capable to handle different kinds of package surfaces. Besides customized lighting, a new enhanced version of the software allows customers to customize based on their preferences in many aspects. The users are allowed to fine-tune the microcrack settings such as Noise Filtering, Crack Line Gap Filling, and Edge Extraction for better detection accuracy, and helps in reducing the over rejection.
