- VisionSmartCheck: An automated product verification solution that identifies defects to prevent them from moving downstream. The system utilises VisionXpert Smart Cameras and a V-ONE MARS IoT Edge Gateway to perform consistent digital inspection. It simplifies system integration by directly pushing smart camera data to a centralised V-Trace server via a high-integrity data pipeline, ensuring complete end-to-end traceability and data-backed warranty defence.
- VisionSmartGuide: A vision-powered solution that transforms manual work instructions into an automated, real-time guide. While operators manually perform the assembly workflow, it automatically executes verifications, such as checking for missed assemblies, component orientation, part correctness, and wiring, to ensure zero-error production.
