Hutto, Texas - September 2025 - ViTrox Americas Inc. is proud to announce the successful conclusion of its Open House and SMTA Networking Event, held on 9 – 10 September 2025, at the ViTrox Demo Center (VDC) in Hutto, Texas.

The two-day event welcomed nearly 50 visitors from 22 companies, including customers and Sales Channel Partners (SCPs) from all over the country. The strong turnout highlighted growing interest in ViTrox’s advanced inspection technologies and also reinforced ViTrox’s positioning as a forward-looking technology company.

Visitors experienced hands-on demonstrations of ViTrox’s comprehensive portfolio of inspection and smart manufacturing solutions, including:

• V510i AOI Advanced Packaging and Microelectronic – Ultra-high resolution inspection for micro components and semiconductors, down to 2.25μm.
• V510Ai DST AOI –A dual-sided inspection platform for SMT and THT processes, enabling simultaneous top-and-bottom inspection with 100mm top clearance, ideal for complex PCBs.
• V510i R AOI – Equipped with 6-axis robotic arms for fl exible, high-precision inspection of conformal coating and fi nal assemblies, making it ideal for partially hidden or hard-to-reach parts.
• V9i XL & V97i ARV – Large-format and fi nal assembly inspection platforms for end-to-end quality assurance.
• V310i 3D SPI – High-speed, high-precision solder paste inspection with intelligent programming and real-time closed-loop control.
• V810i S2EX AXI – Dual-lane system with high-speed X-ray imaging, AI-powered defect detection, and comprehensive test coverage for superior throughput and accuracy.

Moreover, one of the highlights of the event was the Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) demonstration, which captured continuous attention and sparked lively conversations among attendees. The showcase highlighted ViTrox’s commitment to advancing smart automation solutions for electronics manufacturing.

Beyond the technology demonstrations, the event provided a valuable platform for strengthening relationships and offering visitors hands-on, in-depth insights into ViTrox’s smart manufacturing solutions. The experience also offered customers and partners deeper insights into how ViTrox’s AI-driven technologies can address real-world challenges and optimise production processes.
